►Personality: 

Tetsu is a very kind and caring pokemon when it comes to others, even if he is so tiny. He does tries his best to help out with things, but can't do the greatest job because once again, his height. Most of the times the Vivillon is very friendly since he very much enjoys making new friends. The trait came back when he was still in business before arriving at the island, making friends with the customers... But most of all Testu is quite docile because of certain reasons that happened to him in the past...it tend's to show rarely in the present during his time on the island, but not often. Most times he can be oblivious to things that is happening around him, which is most likely the way to escape the island. Oddly this trait has been with him most of his life, and even when it came to relatives...he was oblivious he even had a family... There are some times when he just tends to space out with a sorrowful expression. Sometimes rarely, Testu will likely snap and get angry -but he can't do much because he's so small-. Once in awhile the Vivillon can be stubborn when doing certain things, or trying to accept something...yet the trait seems like it will never go away.

►History: 

When Tetsu was born, he never learned who his parents were since they dumped him at an orphanage right after his birth. For his childhood life he spent playing with other orphans, and learned little education because going to school was to expensive. Most of the children there would say he looked like a girl, and would tease him for his appearance. But over time, the orphan was adopted by two famous singers who wanted to start a family. Of course his adopted parents were different pokemon then what he was... That did cause some trouble, yet was forgotten over time. Later he evolved into a pretty feminine Spewpa which led to his first singing career. Yet some things weren't meant to last when later on, his adopted-parents began to see him as a threat to their own career and sent him back to the orphanage. Thankfully this time, Tetsu became popular among his orphan peers...it made life much better with that.

Over time, he was adopted again right after he evolved into a graceful Vivillon. Surprisingly, he was adopted by the parents who sent him away in the first place. The reason why he was taken back in was unknown to him. Tetsu didn't really care much on the reason because he a family finally. Soon the Vivillon began to attend school, and would later meet the Spinda named Musashi... The two meet in the 8th grade, bumping in the hallway. After that, they began to go on dates together. Those were great memories the two made together, but it would go all downhill during high school. 

During the first year of high school had not gone well...during the day, while with Musa, there was an attack and the dear Spinda was the one to take Tetsu's place. Blood. It was dripping from his stomach when Musa collapsed. This small event scarred the Vivillon, and immediately broke it off with the Spinda. Of course it made him into a hollow shell, but he moved on with life. Later he was introduced into the family business. A brothel. Of course this surprised him a bit, but due to his looks...he seemed to fit in perfectly with his co-workers.

Time passed, and Tetsu grew older to the point where his parents deemed him perfect to become their successor for the brothel. So when the time came, the Vivillon would take over ownership, and he did so at the age eighteen. Taking the spot made his popularity rate within the business a big boost, and requested more. Surprisingly one day...a certain pokemon came in. It was his old lover, Musashi. Of course the teenager changed...to the point where the owner didn't even recognize him. Oddly the Spinda was saying farewell. This had confused Tetsu, but it was then explained that the teenager was going to attend Hopespeak Academy. He was dressed up in black just like a ninja. Of course he did not ask any questions, only wished him luck. With that he left the owner alone. 

Days flew by after that meeting, he earned two titles....his hair dyed a blonde shade...and an invitation came in the mail. With closer inspection, it was to the same academy he once heard of in a conversation a long time ago... Seeing no point in staying, the Vivillon decide to the business' responsibilities to a worker who could be trusted to run the place, and then left.


►Fun facts/Extra:
- Cousins with Chinatsu Suzuki, and has the same last name... Yet Tetsu has no knowledge about her at all...only that he has a /hopeful/ cousin.
- Used to date Musashi.
- He enjoys to sing once in awhile because of the first family he was adopted into, two singers.
- Loves any girly clothing, especially kimonos. 
- Full of hope like Chinatsu.
- One thing not included in past was that after being readopted into his old family, he was beaten into a obedient child while working at the brothel..
- Hair originally white, but dyed blonde due to work.
